Perfect Fit Promise: First Size Exchange
The Perfect Fit Promise applies to eligible items purchased at regular price.
For your first approved size exchange, you are responsible for shipping the original pair back to Trèsolz. Once the returned shoes have been received, inspected and approved, Trèsolz will cover standard shipping (up to $20CAD) for one exchanged pair within eligible areas of Canada and the contiguous United States.
We will first try to provide the same style and colour in your requested size.
If that option is unavailable, you may choose:
* The same style in another available colour
* Another available regular-price style
* A refund under our regular return policy
All replacements are subject to availability.
If you select another style that costs more than your original purchase, you will be responsible for the price difference. If the replacement costs less, the difference will be issued as store credit.
The complimentary replacement-shipping benefit applies once per eligible order. It does not apply to subsequent exchanges, expedited shipping, international orders, clearance items or final-sale merchandise.
Items discounted by 40% or more are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
