Shipping & Handling
We understand the excitement that comes with waiting for that special order. That's why here at Tresolz we ship in a timely fashion. We Ship orders Monday - Friday. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. *Styles that are a part of a limited time release, custom order, or pre-order can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery. Orders take approximately 5-7 working days to receive once shipped. WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS. If you place an order between (Friday after 3pm EST. ) through Sunday, your orders will not be shipped till that following Monday-Wednesday.
All our deliveries are currently handled by Canada Post. Please note: We do NOT accept any customer's own shipping account (Federal Express, DHL/Airborne, UPS or any other company) for any order. Tresolz is not responsible for any missing/stolen packages once they’ve been delivered.Due to COVID-19, delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and may take much longer than usual.
For international shipping it's up to you to cover additional customs or taxes cost if any is required once shipped to your destination. Some international deliveries can take longer than usual. Tresolz is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance in the destined country.
Any refusal to pay duties and taxes on international orders & the package is returned, a $30 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend for you to use the same address for both your shipping and billing address. Otherwise, your order could be subjected for verification and may be delayed. Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help to resolve the dispute to the best of our ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable for any delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. Any additional charges incurred (i.e. incorrect shipping address, multiple delivery attempt fees, etc.) from shipping companies will be forwarded on to you.
Exchanges & Returns
Trèsolz offers a 30-day return/exchange policy (from the date of receipt) for STORE CREDIT ONLY (minus shipping cost). All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved and arranged through Trèsolz Customer Service BEFORE the item(s) is/are shipped back to Trèsolz. To request a return/exchange send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a response within 2 (two) business days. For exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs.We reserve the right to request for pictures, in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages, manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent.We are not responsible for return shipping costs if the package is returned to our facility due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if the customer refused to accept the package. Store credit of the returned item(s) will be issued and we reserve the right to deduct any related return fee imposed by the shipping carrier.Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items returned to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to the sender. We do not accept back items in worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ie: dirtied soles, scuffs, crease marks) will be refused and sent back to the sender. No exceptions will be made.
