*Shipping Policy

 

We ship orders Monday - Friday.
Please allow up to 48 hours for processing.

We do not ship on weekends and holidays.  

For orders outside Canada it's up to you to cover additional customs or taxes cost if any is required once shipped to your destination. Trèsolz is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance in the destined country.

U.S. Orders:
Due to new U.S. import regulations, tariffs apply to footwear shipped from Canada. Tariffs are calculated by U.S. Customs after purchase. Trèsolz covers a portion of these fees, and the remaining amount is invoiced within 24 hours of your order.

In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend for you to use the same address for both your shipping and billing address. Otherwise, your order could be subjected for verification and may be delayed. 

Any additional charges incurred (i.e. incorrect shipping address, multiple delivery attempt fees, etc.) from shipping companies will be forwarded on to you.
