Shipping Policy

We ship orders Monday - Friday. Please allow 48 hours for processing (not including Private Label).

We offer several shipping options. Please see the delivery time next to each option during the checkout process so that you get your shoes in the timeframe you want. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.  

All our deliveries are currently handled by Canada Post and DHL. Please note: We do NOT accept any customer's own shipping account (Federal Express, DHL/Airborne, UPS or any other company) for any order. Tresolz is not responsible for any missing/stolen packages once they’ve been delivered. 

For orders outside Canada it's up to you to cover additional customs or taxes cost if any is required once shipped to your destination. Tresolz is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance in the destined country.

In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend for you to use the same address for both your shipping and billing address. Otherwise, your order could be subjected for verification and may be delayed. Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help to resolve the dispute to the best of our ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable for any delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. Any additional charges incurred (i.e. incorrect shipping address, multiple delivery attempt fees, etc.) from shipping companies will be forwarded on to you.
