Processing Times
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or statutory holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
Fulfillment Locations
Trèsolz ships orders from both Canada and the United States. The fulfillment location depends on the style and available inventory.
Currently, Beverly and Gladys may be fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse. If your order contains multiple styles, your items may arrive in separate shipments.
Canadian Orders
Most Canadian orders are shipped from Canada. However, certain styles, including Beverly and Gladys, may be shipped from our U.S. warehouse.
Orders shipped from the United States to Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges upon arrival. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and the shipping carrier and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the price of your order or the shipping fee paid at checkout.
U.S. Orders
Beverly and Gladys are generally shipped from our U.S. warehouse and should not be subject to cross-border import tariffs when fulfilled within the United States.
Other styles may be shipped from Canada and may be subject to U.S. footwear tariffs or import charges. These fees are determined after purchase based on the product and shipment. Trèsolz covers a portion of applicable tariffs, and any remaining amount will be invoiced within 24 hours of your order.
Your order may be held until any outstanding tariff invoice has been paid.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside Canada or the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges upon arrival.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Trèsolz does not control these charges and is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Shipping and Billing Addresses
To help your order process smoothly, we strongly recommend using the same address for both your billing and shipping information.
Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may require additional verification and could be delayed.
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Any additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or multiple delivery attempts will be charged to the customer.
