Return Policy

Trèsolz has a 14-day return policy.

All shoe returns must be completely unworn and are thoroughly checked upon return. If there are signs of wear and tear, we can not provide a refund. All returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. Please return the shoes in the bag or box you received them in or another box of your choice. Returns that are not safely packaged in a shipping bag or shipping box will incur a $5 box replacement charge that will be deducted from your refund. 
To start a return send an email to info@tresolz.com. You will receive a response and a return form within 2 business days.

All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility to pay. Trèsolz does not cover the costs associated with return shipping. 

Items can only be returned for a refund. We cannot process exchanges. If you require an alternate size, color or style, please place a new order. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. Make sure the return form that is emailed to you is printed and filled out with your order number and placed in your return parcel. Please allow 5 business days to process refunds once we receive the item/s. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for re-shipping fees. US returns will be charged a $10 holding fee. Items purchased on sale or clearance, and picked-up items are final and non-refundable. 
International purchases are subject to additional customs duties and fees, for which the customer will be responsible (if applicable).
We reserve the right to request for pictures, in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages, manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent.
International purchases (outside North America) are currently ineligible for returns and exchanges.
