Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if your shoes are not right for you, you can return them within 30 days of initial order date for store credit, following the instructions below. Please try your shoes on with clean feet, without stretching the material, and on a carpeted floor (so as not mark the soles). Please return in the same condition as received, in original packaging, and secure the outer packaging with robust parcel tape. 

As Trèsolz is a small business, we kindly ask that you check all the sizing information and product details on our website, to gather as much information about your shoes as possible before purchasing, and minimise the need for returns. Please refrain from ordering more than one size per style, since returns are costly, and instead drop us a DM on Instagram or use the LIVE CHAT option on our website, if you need sizing help before your purchase. We're always happy to assist!

Once we have received your returned item(s), and provided the order has been sent back as per the Returns Policy, we will process your store credit, minus $10 restocking fee. Please allow 7 days for us to receive and process your credit (although it will likely be much quicker than this). 

All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved and arranged through Trèsolz Customer Service BEFORE the item(s) is/are shipped back to Trèsolz. To request a return/exchange send an email to You will receive a response within 2 (two) business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number. Lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit. We reserve the right to request for pictures, in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages, manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent. We reserve the right to deduct any related return fee imposed by the shipping carrier. Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items returned to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to the sender. We do not accept back items in worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ie: dirtied soles, scuffs, crease marks) will be refused and sent back to the sender. 

Any refusal to pay duties and taxes on international orders resulting the package to be returned, will result in a $30 restocking fee to be deducted from the refund amount.
