We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if your shoes are not right for you, you can return them within 30 days of initial order date for store credit, following the instructions below.
Please try your shoes on with clean feet, without stretching the material, and on a carpeted floor (so as not mark the soles). Please return in the same condition as received, in original packaging, and secure the outer packaging with robust parcel tape.
As Trèsolz is a small business, we kindly ask that you check all the sizing information and product details on our website, to gather as much information about your shoes as possible before purchasing, and minimise the need for returns. Please refrain from ordering more than one size per style, since returns are costly, and instead drop us a DM on Instagram or use the LIVE CHAT option on our website, if you need sizing help before your purchase. We're always happy to assist!
Effective September 1, 2022: To request a return/exchange send an email to email@example.com. You will receive a response within 2 (two) business days. Customers will be sent a pre-paid return label and commercial invoice (non-Canadians only) to send back your purchase.
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will process your store credit, minus return shipping cost and $10 restocking fee. Please allow 7 days for us to receive and process your credit (although it will likely be much quicker than this).
We reserve the right to request for pictures, in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages, manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent. Any items returned to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition (ie: dirtied soles, scuffs, crease marks) will be refused and returned to the sender at sender’s expense.
Any refusal to pay duties and taxes on international orders resulting in the package to be returned to our warehouse will result in a $30 restocking fee to be deducted from the refund amount.
