Canadian Customers
Return to: Trèsolz, 100 Ironside Cres. Unit #3, Scarborough ON, M1X 1M9
We highly recommend you use tracking to ensure delivery.
To start a return send an email to info@tresolz.com within 14 days of delivery. Indicate reason for return, and pics of top and bottom of shoes being returned
- All returns will be charged a $5 restocking fee/design.
- Returned orders purchased using Free Shipping are also subject to shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Sale/Discounted purchases are FINAL SALE.
- All shoe returns must be completely unworn. If there are signs of wear and tear, we cannot provide a refund.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after payment goes through.
- Return your order in the box you received them in. Returns that are made in a different box may incur additional surcharges that will be deducted from your refund
US Customers
At this time, due to changes in cross-border tariffs and customs regulations between Canada and the U.S., we are unable to accept product returns from U.S. customers. The costs and restrictions associated with bringing items back across the border have made it unfeasible for us to process returns right now.
We truly value our U.S. customers and hope this situation is temporary. We encourage you to check back periodically, as we will update this policy if and when conditions change.
In the meantime, our team is always happy to answer any questions about sizing, fit, or styles before you order — we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
