Return Policy

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Items bought that are listed as Final Sale are non-refundable. 

All shoe returns must be completely unworn. If there are signs of wear and tear, we cannot provide a refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment goes through. 

Items can only be returned for a refund. 

To start a return send an email to info@tresolz.com within 14 days of delivery. Indicate reason for return, and pics of top and bottom of shoes being returned.

Return your order in the box you received them in. *Returns that are made in a differernt box will incur additional UPS surcharges that will be deducted from your refund. 

Canadian Customers - There a 2 options for you to ship your order back:

1. You can pay for shipping your order back yourself. We highly reccomend you use tracking to enusre delivery. Return to: Tresolz, 100 Ironside Cres. Unit #3, Scarborough ON, M1X 1M9

2. We will send you a pre-paid UPS label and we will deduct the return fee from your refund credit.  Because shipping fees vary from province to province, please inquire with us FIRST and we will inform you how much your label will cost (average is ($20CAD/unit). We will charge you what UPS charges us. Simply drop off your package at your closest UPS depot with new label attached. Email us the tracking #.

US Customers

We will send you a pre-paid UPS label & Customs Invoice and we will deduct the return fee from your refund credit.  Because shipping fees vary from state to state, please inquire with us FIRST and we will inform you how much your return will cost (average currently is $15US). We will only charge you what UPS charges us. Simply drop off your box at your closest UPS depot with new label attached & Customs Invoice attached. Email us the tracking #.

International purchases (outside Canada and the US) are currently ineligible for returns.  Please allow up to 5 business days to process once we receive your return. 

All returns will be charged a $5 restocking fee/design.

Returned orders purchased using Free Shipping are also subject to  outbound shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
