Return Policy
US Customers (starting April 2026)
Starting in April 2026, we will begin accepting returns from U.S. customers. Please check back at that time for our updated U.S. return warehouse address.
At this time, due to changes in cross border tariffs and customs regulations between Canada and the United States, we are unable to accept returns from U.S. customers. The added costs and restrictions involved in bringing products back across the border make it unfeasible for us to process returns at this time.
Canadian Customers
Return to: Trèsolz, 100 Ironside Cres. Unit #3, Scarborough ON, M1X 1M9. We highly recommend you use tracking to ensure delivery.
Return Process
- Send an email to info@tresolz.com within 14 days of delivery. Indicate reason for return, and pics of top and bottom of shoes being returned.
- All returns will be charged a $5 restocking fee.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Sale/Discounted purchases are FINAL SALE.
- All shoe returns must be completely unworn. If there are signs of wear and tear, we cannot provide a refund.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after payment goes through.
- Return your order in the box you received them in. Returns that are made in a different box may incur additional surcharges that will be deducted from your refund
